Warranty policy

Every used appliance sold by IslamabadSalePurchase carries a 15-day checking warranty from the date of delivery or collection, covering the core function of the item (e.g. an AC cools, a washing machine washes).

If the item stops performing its core function within the warranty window, tell us on WhatsApp with the order details and we will repair, replace or refund at our discretion.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, misuse, or damage after delivery. Items sold as “for parts / repair” carry no warranty and are sold as-is. New goods carry the supplier's own warranty where applicable.
