What does the 15-day checking warranty cover?

Every used appliance we sell carries a 15-day checking warranty from the day it is delivered or collected, covering the item's core function — an air conditioner cools, a washing machine washes, a fridge holds temperature. If it stops doing that within the window, message us on WhatsApp and we repair, replace or refund. Cosmetic wear and anything sold For Parts are excluded.

Every used appliance sold by IslamabadSalePurchase carries a 15-day checking warranty from the date of delivery or collection, covering the core function of the item (e.g. an AC cools, a washing machine washes).

If the item stops performing its core function within the warranty window, tell us on WhatsApp with the order details and we will repair, replace or refund at our discretion.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, misuse, or damage after delivery. Items sold as “for parts / repair” carry no warranty and are sold as-is. New goods carry the supplier's own warranty where applicable.

Does the 15-day warranty cover every item you sell?

It covers used appliances. Items graded "For Parts / Repair" are sold as-is with no warranty, which is stated on the listing before you buy. New goods carry the supplier's own warranty where one applies, and that is passed on to you.

What counts as the core function?

The job the appliance exists to do: an air conditioner cools, a washing machine completes a wash cycle, a refrigerator holds temperature, a generator starts and carries load. A scratched panel, a missing shelf or a worn remote is cosmetic and is not covered — those are reflected in the condition grade and in what you paid.

How do I make a claim?

Message us on WhatsApp within the window with your order details and a short video of the fault if you can. We arrange collection or a visit, and repair, replace or refund at our discretion. There is no form to fill and no ticket number to chase.

When does the 15 days start?

On the day the item is delivered to you or collected by you, not on the day you paid or the day it was listed. If a delivery is delayed, the window moves with it.

Do you warranty items you buy from me?

No — the warranty runs the other way. It applies to goods we sell to buyers. When you sell an item to us, you are paid cash on collection and the transaction is complete at that point, across Islamabad & Rawalpindi.
